All of my programmes, challenges, packages, meal plans, materials, my teleconsultations, the videos, and all other content is for educational purposes only.
This website, the materials I provide you with, articles on my blog, and my consultations do not substitute for clinical experience under the supervision and guidance of an experienced practitioner. What is more, participation in or completion of any of my courses, programmes and challenges in no way confers the right or ability to practice any form of health care nor to practice outside of your designated professional scope of practice.
None of my programmes, challenges, courses will be responsible for any outcomes associated with the use of the information contained in them.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the material, and are responsible for all activities (whether by you or by others) that occur under your account. You agree to notify me immediately of any unauthorized use of the material, and to ensure that you do not transfer the material to anyone else.

You agree to at all times defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ivy Chan Wellness and its parent and subsidiary companies, agents, associates, officers, directors and employees of each from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to (i) your use of any information contained in any of the programmes or courses, (ii) your breach of any warranty, representation or covenant in this Agreement.
