The Ivy Chan Wellness App

Your community, your practice, and your inspiration all in one place.
Available now for iOS and Android.

One conversation, three layers.

Body:
Gut, hormones, inflammation — read as information, not malfunction. Ayurveda and plant medicine, made practical.

Mind:
The patterns behind the symptoms. Modern psychology, applied with precision — not another mindset hack.

Soul:
Sufi healing and nervous system work — the layer most protocols skip entirely, and where lasting change begins.

What's waiting inside

A container, not a content library.

Topic-based conversations on Ayurveda, menopause, and gut health, alongside written Circle Notes from me, daily. Seasonal resets bring practices timed to the moment, not a generic plan — and recipes treat food as medicine, not another rule to follow.

For those ready to go further, deep-dive programmes work across body, mind, and soul — structured experiences built for real, felt change, not another thing to get through.

You'll find women who've stopped pretending they're fine, and a closer circle for those doing the deepest layer of the work.

Hey there!

I'm Ivy

scholar.
healer.
intuitive.

Published social psychologist, Ayurvedic nutritionist, and practitioner of plant medicine and Sufi healing. Creator of The Birthright Method and founder of Ivy Chan Wellness.

I come from a West Asian nomadic family — one that had healers among them. I also spent years as a tenure-track professor, but before that, it was my PhD that first broke me open: Hormonal chaos, anxiety, a body that was clearly asking for something my academic training had no answer for. The practices that became the m.a.n.t.r.a method were what pulled me through — not as a wellness experiment, but as survival. That experience never left me.

When I finally stopped separating my analytical mind from my intuitive nature, everything shifted. My gut healed. My energy steadied. My work stopped feeling like a performance.

That integration is what I now teach. Not as an abstract philosophy. As an everyday practice.

VITALITY IS NOT A REWARD FOR THE DISCIPLINED.

IT'S YOUR BIRTHRIGHT.
