I come from a family of healers and am now a Social Psychologist, Ayurvedic Nutritionist, and Wellness Educator. I help folk reclaim their whole-person health by blending ancient wisdom and modern science for mind-body balance and empowerment.
For most of my life, I tried to manage my sensitivity by leaning on intellect: analysing, rationalising, overthinking. It helped me succeed as a social psychologist, but it also kept me disconnected from my intuition.
When I finally learned to integrate both—my analytical mind and my intuitive nature—everything shifted. My work became more authentic, my energy steadier, and my relationships more fulfilling.
