Ivy Chan Wellness
I help women who are bold enough to want something different—tired of assumptions and one-size-fits-all solutions. Using a bio-psycho-social approach, and my expertise in social psychology and ancient wisdom, I provide personalised, practical tools to help you feel better in your body, relationships, and daily life.
As a former professor (Ph.D. in social psychology), certified Ayurvedic nutritionist, and someone who’s walked this path myself, I offer compassionate, evidence-based support to help you make real, lasting changes- so you can create the life you truly want to live.

I blend the biopsychosocial approach with ancient principles to support holistic well-being. By addressing the mind, body, heart, and the social environment, my method emphasizes the interconnectedness of all aspects of health. I provide personalized, evidence-based strategies and educational resources to empower you to break free from old patterns once and for all.
It all began when they said my path was too unconventional
I wasn’t supposed to leave a secure career and dive into wellness, but something in me knew that true fulfillment lay elsewhere. I wasn’t meant to follow the traditional script—and neither are you.
I grew up in a lineage of nomadic healers, yet I followed a different path—becoming a tenure-track professor and a published author of social psychology! But despite academic success, I struggled with anxiety, hormone issues, and pre-diabetes. The disconnect was undeniable. So, I left behind what was safe to study nutrition and holistic healing.
Sometimes, self-care is choosing discomfort for a better future.
This journey led me to found Ivy Chan Wellness—not just to heal myself, but to help others reconnect and transform. I realized that true wellness isn’t just about food or fitness; it’s about integrating the mind, body, soul, and community.
Now, I dedicate my life to supporting women realize that interconnectedness, heal, and live their fullest lives, in harmony with their own bodies, minds, and relationships.
