Cancellations and refunds
You may withdraw your enrollment in any programme, course, or challenge, up until 14 days prior to the start date of the programme. If you withdraw within that period, you will be given a refund of any amount you’ve paid. After this time, no refunds will be issued.
I understand that personal and family emergencies can occur. In that case, I will consider postponing our commitment on an individual basis. In other words, even though you will not be refunded, you may be able to use that amount at a future date we might agree upon.
If you decide to withdraw at any time during any programme, full payment is still due, as once registration closes, I cannot give your spot to another client.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All of the content and original concepts, plans, meal plans, recipes, articles, and other material I provide either to you, directly, or on the website, as well as my name and likeness are the sole property of Ivy Chan Wellness.
Access to the course, challenge, and programme materials are exclusively for the use of those enrolled in the course, challenge, or programme. You may not sell, trade, or transfer these materials to anyone else. Doing so will result in immediate dismissal from my course, challenge, or program without refund, and any outstanding payments will still be due. Your use of, and access to, these materials is on a licensed basis. In that regard, during your enrollment, I hereby grant to you, and you hereby accept, the non-exclusive, right, license and privilege to use (but not sublicense or own) the materials across all devices.
You agree not to reproduce any materials or to use these materials in any capacity other than personal use, without permission from me, with the exception of materials in my programmes that have been designated as reproducible solely for your practice.
In purchasing any of my programmes you are agreeing that for 5 years after enrolling you will not create any online or onsite training program in women’s integrative or functional wellness based upon or in competition with any of my programmes.
I shall have and hereby reserve all rights and remedies which I have, to enjoin the unlawful or unauthorized use of the Program Material (any of which injunctive relief may be sought in the courts, and also may be sought prior to or in lieu of termination), and to be compensated for damages for breach of this Agreement.
