Gluten-Free Chocolate Rice Crispy Bars
Ingredients

2 cups gluten-free crispy rice cereal

1/2 cup chocolate nut butter (e.g., Artisana Hazelnut cacao spread)

1/2 cup + 2 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice (e.g., date syrup or maple syrup)

2 tbsp Nuzest Kids Good Stuff (Rich Chocolate) (use discount code: ICW)

A handful of chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Lightly spray a baking tray and set aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crispy rice cereal and the chocolate nut butter.
3. Melt the nut butter and liquid sweetener, then pour the mixture into the cereal and mix well. Add more sweetener if needed to help it stick together.
4. Pour the mixture into the baking tray, press it down smoothly, and add chocolate chips on top if desired.
5. Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.
6. Cut into slices and serve. For best results, enjoy after thawing for 10-15 minutes if frozen.
*Note: If you prefer a less sweet option or are watching your sugar intake, you can try using 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted) and 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp liquid sweetener instead. Experiment with caution.
Substitution: You can use plain cacao powder instead of Nuzest Kids Good Stuff, but I highly recommend the latter for the best flavour!
